This has turned into quite a fun fight. Props to Briones for hanging in there and making the second half of the contest pretty competitive. Flores is still way up on my card (still pitching a shut out, in fact).

I disagree with Garcia, Flores gets hit WAY too easily to beat a top 15 fighter.

Excellent fight to watch though.

Very possible Flores won every round here, I was generous giving Briones rd 9, Flores could have easily stolen it with that last flurry.

 

Flores looks like a good prospect. Skills, good Bodywork and heart.

 

99-91 Flores. Turned into a really good fight, though. Flores does well when he boxes at range, but his mind-set is that of a puncher. Bad for him, good for us.
