    van Heerden is pawing down with the right jab and circling outside. Spence is dashing in and to his own right, knifing the jab into van Heerden's face and then melting away before any counters are even halfway loaded. Spence is jabbing the body cautiously from outside as van Heerden beckons him in, waving at his own chin. Spence rips a hard looping left around the guard and works a stiff jab into the point of the crown as van Heerden covers up and bows forward. Leaping 1-2 by van Heerden, missing both punches as Spence skips backwards to lead him into a collision by the ropes. Left uppercut on the body by Spence.

    Only thing Spence can do better is move his head more. He's standing straight up a lot of the time.

    Was close to getting clogged good in middle of one of his 1-2s early in the round.
