Jacobs is pressing in behind a double jab and then working the body. Truax is caught by a chopping right hand and left hook in combination but rebounds with a peach of a right uppercut on the button. Truax follows up with a straight right lead. Jacobs circles and pops jabs into Truax's face, both settling down after getting hurt.

Round 11

Jacobs is jabbing and taking it easy, coasting on the outside and shrimping in a squat with his shoulder upturned as Truax comes pecking in with his jab. A couple of solid rights by Truax and Jacobs is on his bike. Jacobs rides an overhand right and answers with a pull-counter combo. Jacobs is trading jabs with Truax at long range. Jacobs is hooking into Truax's cheekbone and then sinks back to walk Truax onto a right.

I actually thought about giving Caleb the eleventh until he started getting lit up in the last ten seconds.

Jacobs is jabbing, missing or just nicking the neck as Truax jogs aside. Truax is changing directions, shooting high jabs, telegraphed, dodged by Jacobs. Momentary pause, Jacobs' gum shield out. Jacobs is putting in work and SUDDENLY TRUAX IS HIT WITH A MEDIUM-LOW POWER RIGHT HAND AND STAGGERS INTO THE ROPES! TRUAX IS FATIGUED, NEARLY OUT!! The ref gives him a count. Truax beats it and tries holding. Jacobs pours it on him. Forces the wave-off!!

Closing the show with a minute left doesn't make up for letting that drag out as long as it did, as dully as it did.
