Let's see how he does vs. Wilder. So far that win against Klitchko is better than Wilder's whole career.

He beat Wlad in 2015, you do understand that?
Wilder has immense momentum at the moment. Fury has very little.
It's a good fight, but there are just too many red flags.

Why do you care? Serious question. It feels like your energy and emotions are invested in the wrong places.

Yes, in any normal situation this fight would appear to be a blatant cash-out which will be desperately uncompetitive as the ring rusty Fury, lacking true fitness and carrying the legacy of that weight gain and loss will rapidly be sparked out by a limited but supremely fit and professional Deontay Wilder.

However you've failed to take into account the magic wand which Frank Warren has waved which means none of that applies and that the carefully trailed slow and steady can crushing schedule which was designed to bring Fury back to elite level also no longer applies because 'It's On'.

Don't know how many times this needs to be said. DAZN is not a boxing streaming service. It's multiple sports and boxing will just be one piece of the puzzle..

For them, boxing is like taking a gold fish before taking a dog.
You know how some people first get a dog, to make sure they know they can handle a baby? Boxing is the goldfish before that.

I think he just means as a boxing promotion. Obviously the success of DAZN will rely on other sports.

Used it to watch the Bellator card last night even though I have Paramount Network just to test out the interface before the Joshua fight today. I was massively impressed, I think it’s already smoother than ESPN+

Its completely hard to call. Lots of variables to take into account.

Is Haymon fighters gonna continue at one fight per year stagnating any momentum they get to become break out stars?

How well will DAZN be took to. Will the lesser price over a long period sway people over free content and higher end PPV prices for big fights?

In the end it'll be who can provide the best content. Hearn is a better promoter than Hayman who really sucks at it, let's be honest however Hayman has a better roster in terms of fighters who can build to mainstream superstardom easier.

Hearn and DAZN as such will ultimately live or die by the mainstream stars they can create or sign.

Pianeta proved he isn't high level right now.

He still won. Some can say Ortiz proved Wilder is not high level. Both guys have flaws if you ask me. Look how long it took Klitchko to get better. But these guys are on a collision course now. So whoever wins Wilder or Joshua, then both guys move on and get more experience and might end up better fighters like Klitchko did.

More competition means more money means more fights get made. Not sure why you'd want one of them to fail.

PBC cannot get their prime fighters regular dates.

The Charlo's/Hurd etc are at prime ages right now and cannot get regular dates.

Haymon should look at the failing HBO, and the lack of regular fights Showtime are offering, and view DAZN as a great platform for getting his fighters out there.

Uncle Al should provide the fighters.
Nephew Eddie should provide the dates.

I just saw on google play DAZN has been downloaded and installed 1.2 million times so far since September 18th. I'm a customer and didn't even download the app, I signed up on their site and use it directly. I wonder how many people have done it that way as well.
