pac has only had his 9 or 10 months.... i think they give anyone 18 months....

WBO has a special rule so they can override Mandatory if they declare a fight a super fight or some ****. They arnt breaking thier own rules.

 

no they dont lose the belt because their % sanction fee is more then anyone else they are above the rules, usually the lol "board" can ,make little changes for the rich or a payout - like they way kostya paid the IBF 30k and kept that title while outta action

like the way oscar had not had a fight in 444 days then fought vargas in unification

This is why belt are a joke. If Floyd and PAC had incentives to defend their belts when facing their mandatories then everything would fall into place. they would want to bring on a mandatories and all of the other fighters would fight each other in order to get a shot. But if the top guys don't go by the rules then everything turns into a free for all.

 

Who the **** wants to see them fighting their mandatories anyway ? :think
