    :rofl

I had Cal winning a clear but close decision. . . unless I shoulda gave Hops points for holding and putting on a poor acting job on phantom low blow - is that a subtlety of the sport?

Im saying that DLH does have real power above 147.

Im also saying that it was mysteriously missing (Floyd Sr. felt the same way) when DLH weighed in at the lightest weight since 2001.

Hence, the sarcasm in congratulating Forbes for his accomplishment.

I guess if I held up three fingers youd also have trouble reading between the lines?

YAWN...how long do you want this to go on. And at least I'm not a hypocrite Pimp C. HOw often do you try to talk down on some posters for liking brawlers? Pretentious much?

If you don't like that song and dance, chance the ****in record yourself. At least I'm not a bandwagoner or johnny come lately.

    LOL both.

I agree with your assesment of the fight, but I think Cotto is gonna have some serious trouble with Margarito's length. If Margarito was a little bit more of a one punch type KO fighter I would lean towards him, but Im still torn on this one. Given how Quintana performed against Williams, only as a gauge of class, I guess I'd have to favor Cotto as well, but I think he may face some really scary moments in this bout.

And yes, at least one low blow will be thrown. Id take any bet on that one.

so back to the lame ass "weight drained" excuse.

DLH could have had this fight at just about any weight he wanted . . . I guess its Forbes' fault.

If anything, and this might totally be coincidental, his power seemed to have left him when he hooked up with Big Floyd.

I think that could partly be a side effect of the fact that Big Floyd (i like that) had tried so damn hard to make Oscar's straight right an effective punch.

    Good insight though.

    Oh please.

I remember a pair of Gomez's that were clearly the most devastating challenges to Cotto and MArgarito.

I'm talking bout the GUY who has fought better comeptiton at 147 and after Margarito has cleaned the divison save Floyd. The ONE who then becomes THE REAL CHAMP when Floyd stalls, :| , lies, retires, or fights other "opponents".

His name is MIGUEL COTTO, THAT GUY:cool:
