PBF holding the WBO title after the Judah match??

    I know this has something to do with the sanctioning fees Baldomir couldn't afford after he beat Judah but why was it still in Judah's possession and awarded to floyd after the fight? The fight was also for the ibf title.

    Thats the IBO title.

    When Judah lost to Baldomir. The IBF kept Judah as champ. The WBC gave the title to Baldomir and the WBA became vacant because Judah lost.

    IBO likes to attach itself to the number 1 guy a lot.

    Lennox carried the IBO. So has Ricky Hatton and Mayweater.

    And then other times they give it to randoms.

    i don't think he ever carried their belt:huh

    but wat if Judah had retained the titles or baldomir afforded to keep them. Some people wouldn't have much of an argument about the guy

    Mayweather won the IBO and IBF, but gave up the IBF because he only runs with the WBC.

    The IBO is actually a decent belt, gaining fast on the still-questionable WBO, IMO.

    The fact that their ratings are 100% computer generated--and actually very good, mind you--gives them a head-and-shoulders advantage over any minor trinket belt (IBA, WBU, et al).
