    Good reading.

As I said previously, PBF makes more money because he takes on higher risks and production cost than any boxer.

At 1.5 million PPV buys he stands to make around $40 million, minus around $10 million cost and around $2-$4 million to pay Ortiz.
He will probably end up pocketing around $25-$30 million after it is all is said and done. Or around 25%-33% higher than Pac or your typical boxer (all things being even).

If other athletes get paid 20-60 Million for putting a ****ing ball through a damn whole, guys like Mayweather or Pacquaio deserve every damn cent of that money!

You are an idiot if you think any athlete is over paid.

They earn what they are worth, if you want boxers to earn more, help promote and make them more popular.

You're confusing popularity to working for your dollar. ****** Bieber is popular as hell and probably making crazy money, but the work put in is not even comparable.
Athletes are def. over paid. But then again, all that revenue has to go somewhere and I'm glad most goes to them instead of marketing and promoters.

    Yes it is.

Just like Mike Jackson/s and Mike Jordan's work are comparable. People want their product, they work hard to provide that product, either in performances, advertising, and other ****.

Now you may like boxing, that is great, I love boxing too, but you only deserve what people are willing to pay.

You're comparing markets. Yes, whatever you market and makes profits is in all fairness "deserved". But the work these individuals put into their careers is very different. There's very few athletes who deserve what they get paid for and others who simply don't get enough.

Wrong again, every athlete deserve what they get paid for and everone gets paid what they are worth.

The only way athletes don't get paid their worth is in sports with salary caps and max contracts, Boxing doesn't have that.

Boxing is probably one of the few sports where every fighter earns their worth.

Its entertainements. A BUSINESS. If athletes generate viewers in the millions they get paid accordingly.
