Where did I ever believe that Mayweather or GBP wanted to clean up boxing?

    Good job assuming.

And look where they're at now. Ali's in a wheel chair, Leonard has vision problems because of his torn retina; If you're taking on that risk, what's wrong with trying to make sure nobody's cheating?

    Pac never did that.

again.....Floyds team wanted to add OSDT to the contract after Pac already signed on to what Arum brought over to Manila.

..... and don't even mention Rafael because he also think this drug testing issue from Floyd is non-sense. Whatever Pac offered to salvage the fight was good enough. There's no drug that Pac can take, except for HGH, that is not going to be detected or seen to what Pac agreed to.

..... and PED expert Victor Conte himself doesn't feel that HGH is that good of a drug as far as PED. Testing for HGH is also questionable as USADA has never caught any athlete themselves with their blood testing.

It's not economically feasible for small fights. The testing is very expensive.

There is no drug testing in the state of Texas. The only drug testing that will be done is by the WBO after the fight. But, Floyd might not even pay the sanctioning fees for that belt either as he did with the Mosley fight, refusing to pay the fees for the WBA strap. Arum got November 7 and the 14th reserved for Pac's next fight at Cowboy's Stadium.

What does it matter. Not like Floyd wants to go with the state drug testing procedure. If they settle on USADA, they can do USADA testing in Texas.
