if i remember correctly, wasn't so many posters saying that shane was shot after pbf handled him over 12? yet this win is being celebrated..wtf changed?
They realized how unimpressive manny looked last night, so they're overcompensating and trying to salvage any credit they can from this disaster.
Like ignoring the fact that Mosley fought Forrest and Pacquiao has now punched Mosley harder than any other opponent.
pac hits like a mac truck but vernon had shane on ***** street /shrug i'm just saying, if floyd got shitted on for winning against shane (who people were saying he was scared of), then why is pac's win such a revelation of his greatness?
What exactly DID shane do????? Pacman was never in any trouble at all, and seemed to take it easy. On comparison to the last couple of years he was lazy, but quite frankly was never in trouble at all. It was sparring. And IMO a ruse to entice mayweather into a fight.
this thread isn't as much about shane as it is about the double standards going on you may not believe it but pac/floyd are my two favorite fighters. people shouldn't be blinded by their allegiance
Amen brother!!!!!! Im new to this site, but find it amazing some of the utter **** i read on here basically because "Im floyd" "Im manny", they are BOTH without a doubt the 2 best in the world, by a long way. Its amazing how people just bad mouth for the sake of it. I just want to see them fight, because it could be a classic.
it will be a classic...floyd could put on a boxing clinic and show his brilliance, pac may just bum rush floyd out of there and show his class, or it could be a titanic struggle on both sides...no matter which way it goes, i simply cannot see the fight as being a stinker. watching a technician put on a virtuous performance is just as great as watching a great puncher utterly dominate another fighter. only way it could get any better is if apollo creed was in floyd's corner and balboa was in pac's.
