How the hell did Roach answer floyd offer to pay Marquez step aside money.

What we fight fans wanted to hear is for Roach to say we are prepared to scrap the Cotto fight if that what he really wants and we can do this now.

What's so hard to understand? Floyd is saying Arum being greedy because Arum wants 50/50 purse split for a fight which floyd believes is not fare.

Considering Mayweather is underfeated, and Pac is not. 3 losses and 2 draws and considering mayweather is a former p4p champion and Pac only got that title because mayweather retired.

Considering Mayweather made more money against the same two high profile opponents than Pac did. And finally considering that according to Floyd Bob Arum still owes him millions then i guess according to Floyd 50/50 sounds unfair.

 

It's got nothing to do with how someone performs against common opponents.atsch

However in negotiations like this it has all to do with how much you made with those common opponents if you are arguing that you deserve the bigger split.

For example Hatton beat Castillo way more easily than what mayweather did. However this couldn't be used as away for him to get a better purse. Only that it could generate interest for the fight.

Also Mayweather has the biggest claim to a bigger purse split. He is UNDERFEATED and has been fighting at the highest of level for 10 years.

That alone should warrent a bigger purse split forget about who made more money in there last two fights, which Mayweather has by the way:bbb
