Want to explain the attention this thread is getting then?

Face it, both Mayweather and Pac are the biggest two names in boxing right now with the biggest fight in boxing BY FAR being Mayweather vs Pacquiao. NO, not Mosley vs Pac, Mosley vs Mayweather, Cotto vs Pac or Mayweather. It's MAYWEATHER vs PACQUIAO.

So yes, people do care what BOTH say knowing that they're set to fight soon if successful in their next fights.

Would have, could have... He already has his chance but in reality HE CANNOT... Don't make 154 as an excuse...

How do you know he can't?, you honestly believe someone in Mayweather's ability won't be able to dominate a clearly weak/lost DLH?. Watch DLH vs Mayweather and watch DLH vs Pacquiao. If DLH looks the same in both fights then you have issues. DLH was charging in throwing bombs and looked energetic against Mayweather, it's not like Pacquiao fought different than Mayweather did, they both fought the same defensive/aggressive tactic. Roach his self admitted as soon as he saw DLH remove the robe and ready for the first round the first thing he told Pac is "JUMP ON HIM, the man has nothing!".

Floyd is telling the truth. He could have KO'd Oscar in their fight if he kept pressing his attack, because he was making Oscar buckle repeatedly with body shots. If Oscar had the fight at 147, he probably would have been KO'd from body shots.

PBF already had his chance at 154 but he was not able to do it... So most probably HE CAN'T do it...

Hoya can't pull the trigger against PAC coz there's nothing to shoot at... PAC was nowhere to be found...

Listen, we all know Mayweather talks ****. Always has, always will; that doesn't take away from his ability. Now, I don't know that he necessarily would've knocked out DLH, but had they fought at WW, I firmly believe he would've been more dominating.

Floyd didn't dominate Dela Hoya... It's was a close fight, a split decision... Hoya was ahead in the 1st half of the fight... Dominating is more of one sided rounds or KO'ed cold your opponent...

Win for Floyd anyway you look at it. Think about all he had to over come and you still give him no credit. He must be really good if you hate him that much.

How is 8 -4 , the most anyone could have given Oscar objectively, a close fight? This is the same BS that is thrown around with Paul Williams and Fraudgarito, 8- 4 isn't a close fight it is a clear decision.

Floyd outclassed Oscar when Oscar had every advantage you could ask for, cut the bullcrap folks.

You want to tell me Pacquiao has better leg movement/defense than Mayweather?, look man, I'm a fan of both as you know but when I see someone is being delusional and stupid then I have to point it out. Roach his self admitted the DLH they fought is NOTHING like the one at 154 and you don't need Roach to tell you that if you know what you're seeing.

 So Floyd wouldn't freely hit a standing target like DLH at 147?

Did you miss the Gatti fight?

Oscar said that Hatton would have KO'd him @147 as well. Hell, after the Pac-Oscar fight, everyone was saying that any decent jWW or WW would have KO'd Oscar.

So what's the big deal about being able to KO Oscar @147? Is that supposed to be impressive? Heck, people rarely give props to Pac for that fight to begin with.

In the end, Oscar quit against Pac, so you could easily say that Pac would have KO'd Oscar if Oscar didn't quit.

Pac is much more impressive than Void. Void has diarrhea of the mouth.

IMO, PAC and PBF has more or lesss the same foot speed... What they differ is the style... PBF would like to back up to the ropes and stay there using his shoulder roll to evade punches... PAC will try at all times to avoid being pinned to the ropes and instead move sideways to evade punches...

Hoya load up on PBF on the ropes (tho not really all effective punches) while Hoya can't pull a punch on PAC coz PAC is nowhere to be found infront of Hoya...

Yea but the Hoya who fought Floyd than the one who fought Pac.

If Floyd had fought Pac's version he would of done the same thing.

You cant compare Floyds fight against Oscar as the reason he wouldn't do the same thing at 147.
