    He's probably been sparring all the time since he retired. The "special" thing was corny as hell.

    i don't think he was broke but i do think he was lower than normal on cash **** PBF said he had "300 million" at one point heh

    he never "retired", just took a year off hiatus from the sport.

    Well, he said that he made a lot of money through the stock market. His comments were made before the financial meltdown, so if he invested heavily in the stock market like he claimed he did, he probably lost millions during the financial crisis.

    I would consider his "retirement" a much needed break away from the sport, now he misses the action and wants to be a part of it again especially when he can easily see Pacquiao overshadowing him completely.
