-You also forgot that ODLH took PBF to the limit wherein PAC mad ODLH quit in seven rounds
-You also forgot that it took pbf 8 ROUNDS and a ringpost to ko Hatton. It took pAC 2 rounds to KO hatton. Hatton by the way had to go up one level higher than his comfort zone at 140lbs. PAC beat him (Hatton) on his OWN COMFORT ZONE at 140lbs

-You also forgot 3 fights ago JMM was fighting only 130lbs, and had to jump 2 weigth levels to meet PBF. PBF was not able to carry his speed and strength due to additional weight.

MOST OF ALL! PBF does not have a HEART OF A WARRIOR! HE NEVER TAKES RISKS. Dude, you have a better change of WINNING a lotto 2x'S in a row than PBF taking risks.

PBF vs PAUL WILLIAMS ?! FORGET IT! Williams is tooooooo damn DANGEROUS for PBF to take

The way Mayweather fights and how he manages his career lead me to believe he's a coward by nature. Which isn't something I say about boxers, since you have to have balls just to get into the ring, but Mayweather is an exception.

    10 Rounds even

However despite Hatton being sh!t at 147, PBF still fought a better version of Hatton(not the best version) than PAC did.

If floyd would have KOed JMM he would be catching even more flack then he is now.. Fact is floyd could have worked JMM badly after round 4 but didn't, rather he let JMM see the last round.

I'm humiliated for never having thought of this. Are fighters bets on themselves regulated at all? It would seem horrifically unfair for PBF to be able to bet on himself by decision. Anyone have any links to this kind of info?

Floyd this and Floyd that. Give some respect to Juan Manuel Marquez. His IRON CHIN is why he wasn't knocked out. 290+ shots to the head and still fighting back? Never been KO'd in case all of you forgot.

JMM just have the heart of a lion that just never gives up to a heavier, faster Mayweather. JMM knew from the start that he's in big trouble but he still pressed on until the 12th round.

Mayweather wanted to KO Marquez at he 10th and 11th round but he came up short. Marquez even did said that he was hurt only in the 2nd round when he was knocked down. Damn! PBF has all the advantage but he could bot even pin down a natural featherweight!!!

Im now thinking what if PBF fights a true welterweight? fighting an opponent on HIS OWN SIZE? Yes, he would win with his absolute defense, but i think it would be a boring fight... Im sure he would do his all-time ducking again.. Thanks Floyd for making boxing a good sport..

    BINGO!

Mayweather was respectful of Marquez' ability to counter......there was a few instances during the fight where Mayweather got just a little brave and Marquez pulled off some clean counters.....so Mayweather knew that Marquez was capable of it if he gave him the chance and went for the gusto......

......and lets not forget to give JMM some credit for his toughness....just ask Pacquiao....he had him down 4 times and could'nt put him away!

:dead These threads sound all the same to me...Just a bunch of hate towards Mayweather. I'll admit, Mayweather has become a bit boring to watch because I like brawlers but no one can deny he is the greatest boxer in the sport right now and the greatest it's seen in a while.

:lol::lol:I say if Mayweather would have attempted to load up with his shots and fired them in combination.....the fight would have turned competitive as counterpuncing combos would have been fired back by Marquez.....

.....there is a reason why Mayweather did'nt let his hands go against Marquez the way he did Arturo Gatti......I got news for you, JMM is actually skilled enough to have fired back scoring shots on the counter.....something Gatti had no clue of.

    I'll agree with you.
I have great respect for Mayweather's skill and always have......quite frankly I dont see any fighter out there his size that can beat him.
Without a doubt for me, he's the best p4p in the business, and I said this before the Marquez fight......and guess what?....so did Marquez!:D
