anyone who had this fight 9-3 for PBF needs either new glasses or a lobotomy. 7-5 for Oscar is also bad.

7-5 for Floyd was really the only correct score.

 

of course a cotto fight against mayweather would be a tougher challenge for maywether himself... I'll have to admit a cotto at 140 would have had little success against mayweather, but at 147 this fight could go 50/50.... Cottos aggression would def. be more effective than DLH esp. at this time of DLH career, but a cotto victory to happen over mayweather would not only depend on his aggression or pressure, but on cottos speed and excellent jab that many underrate...

 

Yes, yes he is. Cotto comes in weighing 10lbs less than DLH on fight night, and his being much shorter changes the angles at which he comes from as well. DLH reportedly weighed in the 160's when he fought Mayweather.

Thats the Floyd Mayweather curve. If his opponent is competitive for 5 rounds of a 12 round fight and they win 4 of those. They win. In any fight as the Hatton fight the announcers and crackhead boxing fans that hate him have him down two rounds automatically just b/c. The Hatton fight commentary is PURE comedy.

 

I dont know who is more stupid. Harold Lederman saying that hatton was out working Floyd on the inside which is pure comedy. Or Manny steward saying floyd was throwing the same two punches(those two punches being the most effective to throw at a guy charging at you full speed) You cant just box Hatton the way you want. He is coming to clinch and grab your neck and put you in a D D T or head lock. I counted 15 headlocks.

 

I agree with u on the Hatton fight, but against Hoya, Hoya had a lot of success when he employed his jab, but was too damn stupid to keep using it. In the end I had Floyd 7-5 and was real pissed about how DLH decided to abandon his jab

 

well I can see 8-4 but no way in hell does 9-3 seem ok with me but then again we dont score fight the same way I imagine
