What do you guys think? Cotto is a Chavez reincarnate, while Floyd has the speed (not the offense) of Taylor.

could Cotto bring out Mayweathers best? could cotto finally force floyd to show what he is really made of offensively?

I love Taylor but Floyd is 10x the 'boxer' that Meldrick was....

Floyd is far superior defensively, but offensively, taylor was amazing. he just let his ego get in the way.

very interesting analogy, just imagine Floyd being hurt to the body by the mid rds and having to slug with Cotto only to trade knockdowns before being KO'ed in the 12th..........wooooohaaa

Sad but Taylor was never the same after that night Duva said the fight broke Taylor spirit and confidence completely ruined his life.

Cottos chin is nowhere near Chavez and to compare Cotto to Chavez is a spit in Chavez face.

Eh, Cotto is nowhere on the level of Chavez. That's what I was trying to point out.

THat story was very biased against Chavez.
IT made it seem like the fight was fixed from the beginning.
Its funny they didnt say much about the rematch in which Chavez manhandled his ass and knocked him out.
Its sad to see him the way he ended up but you also have to think what woulda happened if Chavez had landed another left hook or right hand.
    That mighta been fatal.

He didn't have the time to land another punch thats the biggest issue.

How do you know he wasnt gonna rush in with a superman punch like he did with Mayweather? We will never know but the good thing is there was a rematch and we saw what happened.
I just dont like the fact that they make it out to be such a robbery. I felt the right man won.
