I was just wondering if anybody watch this fight more than once and why?:? Once was enough for me.:nut
i didnt even watch it a once. i went off to do something else around six. it was a complete load of wank
It's odd. I re-watched PBF-Judah and that was absolutely compelling. Floyd coming in as an educated puncher, brawling with Judah, bullying him and beating him up. That extended period in the 10th where he battered Judah around the ring, and Judah's only response was to foul, was incredible fighting. That was a masterclass in demolishing another fighter who had the physical attributes to cause him a lot of problems. He just rode the storm, got his shots in, worked to the body and then beat the hell out of Zab. Then you see him against Marquez. He could have taken him out in three rounds and he didn't. He just didn't care. What happened to the Floyd that wanted to show off what he was capable of in the ring?
I watched it twice, quite a good fight. I agree that PBF could have demolished Marquez within the first 5-6 rounds he was there for the taking.
Watched it live then saw the first 6 rounds the next week on HBO, went off to do something before the Arreola/Vitali fight. That's not the type of fight that has re-watch value, kind of like Haye/Valuev and Froch/Dirrell.
I did. Wasn't as dominating as watching it live the second time. I'll admit JMM was defo out everything, But it was nothing as it seemed watching live.
I watched it 2 and half times. One was during the live broadcast. Two was when I replayed the DVD I recorded for my cousin who missed the fight. And then I half assed watched it when HBO replayed prior to Klitschko-Arreola. I don't think it was exactly a horrible fight, but I haven't had the urge to watch it again.
Yes. Watched it live, then my girlfriend (who didn't watch it live) wanted to watch it when it came on before the Arreola-Klitschko fight. It wasn't as bad as people make it out to be. Mayweather actually threw punches. He was about 5 times more active than David Haye. It was just a blowout, that's all.
mayweather threw the sink at his ass...took some vaunted right hands and didn't even flinch it was a crazy fight
Thats what happened with me, and I watched it once more after that. I love watching displays of ridiculous skill. But, then again, I also watched Coetzee-Iran Barkley twice and that is probably the worst fight of all time.
I don't normally tune out of replays, but did after six rounds of that. Only Floyd can make a clinic look uninteresting.
