1 he has not fought over a yr, so he can have a tune up fight if he wants :-(

2 who do you know fights jmm the number 2 p4p fighter in the wolrd as a ****ing tune up :-(

3 jmm called him out, and does not feel pbf is that much bigger then him.he feels he can take manny punches and speed, so why not pbf.

i think its a great fight for a tune up, there were times a tune up for mayweather was a sharmbe mitchell fight or another c class fighter.cant call jmm c class.

4 size means nothing in boxing, when you are a boxer.so all the wet dreams about pbf fighting certain men because of there size and power needs to stop.mayweather is know margorito or cotto.

5 i see mayweather beating jmm and then beating the winner of hatton and pac.then maybe a fight with shane or some other ww.but TUNE UP FIGHT against jmm is great.jmm is not rusty and would be ready.

Marquez only did what Ricky Hatton did do....after he won a significant fight he simply said he wanted to fight Floyd....Mosely hasn't done this....Cotto hasn't done this...Williams hasn't done this...and Pac hasn't either.

Face it your favorite fighter is scared of Floyd Mayweather Jr.

What the ****? Last time I was here a couple of weeks ago when the negotiations for this fight were supposedly deadlocked over weight, there were a bunch of clowns accusing Mayweather of deliberately mucking things up to avoid a real challenge from JMM. Now that the fight's on, he's a "cherrypicking *****" who's set up another easy payday. :-(

Some of you guys are ****ing shameless with your hypocrisy and ridicuous double standards.

I've been saying this for years now. Also if PBF had turned down JMM they would be the first ones yelling PBF ducked JMM. PBF can't win with these ****s.

That's cause the reports were that PBF would not take the fight unless it took place at 147.:patsch

Back that ass up for a second...:nono

I will defend Mayweather for fighting Marquez because it's a good fight for him. Marquez is no joke, and although he's a naturally smaller man, will be a much better opponent for him than some of the clowns these other guys fought.

    BUT...

Paul Williams ain't scared of no goddamn Floyd Mayweather.... You can Kill that noise homeboy.... Petey will fight Floyd:deal, Cotto:deal, Margarito:deal, Hatton:deal, Shane:deal, Pac:deal, and anybody else you can name... Tomorrow night if they wanted to.

Wha?!?!? :fire:fireWhere Kelly Pavlik at :fire:fire???

He don't know what the **** he talkin bout.

Floyd already knows people like him are gonna talk sht no matter what. Not his concern. The other fighters out there know exactly why he is considered the best. They ain't scared of him, but they know he is considered the best for a reason.

yeah of course he's respected for being a great fighter. but he isn't respected among a lot of boxing fans for not living up to his potential by fighting the best guys out there. marquez to me will be an atg by the time he's done with his career, but floyd has already shown enough for me to KNOW that he will whoop marquez, which once again forces me to respect floyd less for not taking on the truly challenging fights that may actually cause him to get an L on his record and test his unbelievable ability. :hi:

how am i talking **** on him exactly? i've said he's great and of course everyone knows that. i don't understand how you can't agree that there were times throughout his career that he could have stepped up and risked more than he has. to me, mayweather should have never fought guys like baldomir, for example. even judah and odlh were ridiculous fights to me because it was just like, ok, here we go again, i know who i'm betting on as a sure thing.

    Zab???

You saing Zab was a ridiculous fight? What does that say about the fact that Zab is oneof Cotto's best wins? Was he so ridiculous when he was giving Cotto all he can handle until the nut-blows?

    Baldo?
He wasn't an elite at the time, but he was never a slouch...

    Oscar?
And then going up to 154 for Oscar? That wasn't a cherrypick. That was a payday that Cotto and Margarito both were trying to get... Even after Floyd.

    Hatton?
His titile defens against Hatton is better than anything Kelly Pavlik has even thought about doing. And how is defending against Hatton for a huge payday any worse than Cotto fighting Jennings...

    Be fair man. be fair.

PBF is already doing jmm a favor by giving up a few lbs for a catchweight
