PBF vs Malignaggi 3/13 MGM Grand - LV Pac vs Foreman 3/20 - Thomas and Mack - LV Who gets the love from HBO? I can't see HBO PPV picking them both up with full 24/7 coverage. I'm going with PBF/Magic Man due to their personalities and probability to be the bigger draw. This is not meant to be a "***** vs *******" thread, honest opinions only. Fred
I think FLoyd because 1. He helped create it.. 2. Because it helps hypes the fight (drama) Imagine a 24/7 ft marquez and paquiao or marquez and ODH. Do you know how boring that **** would be... i wouldnt even watch it.. Even though PBF Vs Paulie would not be a blockbuster fight... By the end of 24/7 you are gonna be wanting someone to get there ass whipped... you are not gonna get that from pac/ fore
And that's all you're getting. Imagine two jabbers, one with no punching power whatsoever (malignaggi), and one who wont engaged (floyd), DO YOU REALLY THINK SOME ONE WILL GET KNOCKED OUT, BEAT UP?? If you think that, then good luck for paying for that kind of fight. I'd rather have a boring 24/7 and an exciting fight ( pac's fight are always exciting, regardless of the opponent), rather than an exciting, full of **** talking 24/7 and a boring ass fight in maywaether vs malignaggi ........SERIOUSLY :rofl:rofl
OK But the question IS/WAS: who gets the love from HBO 24/7 With that being the question I answered who i thought hbo would go with NOT what is going to happen the day of the fight. I know that the better fight is going to be pac and fore BUT once again ...that is not the question that was asked in the topic

To answer the question.... I think HBO is not dumb enough to invest a 24/7 series on a fight that will be boring, much more boring than watching simon cowell get rid of his man boobs.......... Pac/foreman gets it IMO....Maybe none of them will get it Here's to hoping both fights will be on regular HBO...NOT PPV!!
No what I was meaning by that was looking at it from a marketing standpoint. Its just like those lame reality shows on vh1. There are some people on there that you know dont have a chance of winning but they are there to create drama to keep viewers. Pauli and PBf will have DRama on 24/7 and HBO will try to use that to create viewers. Thats all im saying.... Its not rocket science as to who would have the more exciting fight..
wasn't but has been lately. It has more to do with personalities of the fighters, as guys like JMM and Cotto are not known for and generally don't talk ****.
