PBF- why doesnt he pick on someone his own size?

People on here sure do love to hate on Floyd. Marquez is the one he claims he wants to fight Mayweather(I think it's a ploy). Marquez is the one who told Golden Boy to get him Mayweather. Mayweather has not made any statements about fighting Marquez. Every public statement that he has made regarding boxing is that he enjoys being retired.

The funny thing is, Mayweather was heavily criticized on this forum after a potential fight between he and Winky fell apart in 2005(Winky was a MW at the time and Mayweather was at 140). Now nobody criticized Winky for seriously trying to fight a guy who was fighting 3 divisions below him, in fact many even said that Floyd ducked him. So Floyd gets criticized for not fighting MWs and for being called out by LWs. Does no one see a problem with this?

What the hell is wrong with you people? First off, Winky left JMW in 2004 and made his debut at MW in 2005 against Trinidad. He never fought once at 154 after 2004. Second, even if Winky was at 154, that's still two divisions above where Floyd was at the time. Third, Marquez called out Mayweather. That would mean that this situation we would be an almost exact duplicate of the Mayweather/Wright scenario.

I wouldn't be surprised if this fight did happen. I think PBF will be looking at this as a tune-up fight before PAC or HATTON.

 

Yes I do. It's ridiculous - first accused for cherrypicking guys at weight classes above his best weight, now accused for fighting guys who are too small.
