PBF won't stop Pac & he won't outwork him. Therefore no-one can rule Pac out.

I'm not saying Pac will definitely beat Mayweather and I'm not saying I don't think he will. But I have seen some comments made about how easily Floyd will dispose of Manny.

To those who think so, I put it to you that Floyd will not stop Manny Pacquiao, and he will not match his workrate over 12 rounds.

Therefore, while you may think Floyd will outbox him, you must concede that a Pacquiao win is a legitimate possibility.

    No?

i agree. that's why this fight needs to be made more than any other we've talked about floyd taking.

if floyd really is coming back "to take what is his" then his ego will demand that he fights pacman - and if he doesn't after marquez (assuming he wins) then he deserves to get pulled down on the board.

i'm sure even floyd can see that far ahead.

I personally don't think Mayweather has the work rate to beat Manny.

Bull****. He can out work Mayweather all he wants, but he won't get many significant shots in, whilst leaving himself open to Floyd, who will take advantage.

    UD for Mayweather.

How would he pot shot out a victory against someone with a superior work rate, equally as good timing, better hand speed and better overall movement. Don't mean to have a go at you, i just don't see the logic, this isn't a fight Floyd could potshot his way to anything. Its boxing and anything can happen, especially when you are talking about a great fighter like Floyd, but he would be forced to fight an amazing fight to win, and he would need to unload 3,4 and 5 punch combinations frequently to win it.

PBF is too big and too fast. But even more importantly, compared to the rest of Manny's big name opponents, he makes almost no defensive mistakes.

Manny will have to be more patient and more focused than he's ever been to win this one.

I think he stops Pac as long as the lay-off has no effect.

I think its 50/50. I actually think Pac has better footwork and because of his workrate, would beat Floyd by decision. I think Floyd would have to KO Pac and he has a good chance.

This goes the distance for sure but Mayweather losing by UD is not out of the question, it all depends on how Mayweather performs in his next fight. We all know what Pac brings to the table and it will take 110% of an A+ fighter to beat or trouble a guy like that.

    I'm picking Pac by decision.
