PBF won't stop Pac & he won't outwork him. Therefore no-one can rule Pac out.

There is no possible way of knowing how Mayweather will deal with someone like Manny. Manny is so unorthodox its a case of having to wait and see how there styles mesh, when they get in the ring. You can say Mayweather will time his attacks etc etc, but at the end of the day he has never faced an unorthodox Southpaw like Pacquiao with the physical gifts Manny has in speed and power.

I believe Manny has the athleticism of a prime Jones Jr. That explosive speed and power is phenomenal.

i think pbf can, pac man still throws that left of balance and he won't be able to hit pbf like that.

Pacquiao will start fast and furious and snatch the first 5 or so rounds, and then Mayweather will get into his groove and it'll be an awesome second half

    Can't wait for this fight

I agree this is a damn hard fight for mayweather, before last night i was totally confident he would be able to take pacquaio, now i'm not so sure. However i wouldn't totally rule PBF stopping pac,he hits harder than people think and manny still hasn't really had his chin tested by a bigger man.

How would floyd win the fight, well marquez has shown the route forward, floyd has got the speed to match pacquaio and the defensive ability to not be hit too much and IMO the chin to take what manny does get through. Also pacquaio biggest weakness, the straight right hand happens to be floyd best shot. PBF is deadly accurate and pac is there to be hit at times, though his defence is much imprved. Mayweather also tends to be happy to let hs hands go when he facing someone who is smaller physically than him, i'd like to see the floyd that fought at 130 come out against manny, the man who wasn't so defensively minded and was a far better fighter because of it

This fight has to happen, the two great fighters of this generation need to get it on, i favour floyd to take a decision if they fight but i'm not certain about it, at all

Agree, it wont be easier for Pac. And it sure as hell wont be easy for PBF. But as others have said, PBF will seriously need to up that work-rate. This can't be the same guy that fought either Oscar or Hatton. This will be the first person either has fought that matches their athletic abilities.

floyd needs to be active and sharp from round one against pacman and he needs to counter-punching aggressively. that's it....

i'm not saying pac will wn but i'm not saying he can't either.

if facts are facts then pac's resume counts for something, doesn't it?

Lets not forget FLoyd will say **** his fans and dance around for 12 rounds, win and throw that money back to the fans in the club. Floyd will beat Marquez, As long as Mayweather hasn't lost his reflexes in the slightest bit because he is going to need it, and keeps his distance, he should mop Marquez and TKO him.

    Completely agree.

    Pac can win.

There will be no KO/TKO though. This is the type of fight that there will be a controversy in judging

    Of course he could win.

I think I mentioned to you a while ago, DINAMITA, that he is the most likely of anybody to beat Mayweather.

My claim that he would have given Margarito a great fight prior to Mosley, perhaps even win, does not look so outlandish now!

Manny will cause PBF problems early on but when PBF adjusts he will capitalize on Manny's many mistakes. Not to mention Manny doesn't have a jab and against PBF you need one to keep him honest. I see PBF by UD.

he made them look bad. how can you discredit. and he already had credit before the last three. but if you do not think he has improved or give mayweather a fight then you are just bitter that he is outshining mayweather.

Damn straight. Why does mayweather get to be put on a pedestal, hes not the guy who just destroyed hatton. Dont count JMM out either yet. Even though he may be slightly smaller he too has shown the abilility to carry his power up through the weights.

Either way we could have at least 4 ATG fights on the horizon, who will truly be p4p 1. Mayweather is not going to get away with his low work rate against marquez or pacquiao.
