Didn't DLH start out at 130? You make it seem as if DLH is a natural 154!! as for other fighters he could have fought, didn't I make a list of fighters earlier on this thread? at 140: Cotto, Tszu, Harris, Hatton - the best in the division at the time. At 135 he didn't even fight Casa, Freitas or Barrios What do all of these guys have in common: they can crack!!
OK..how about in the 6th round of the Hatton fight...he got hurt and then bailed so Joe Cortez could save him!! That was cowardly!!
The ATG PBF could have at least tried to knockout Hoya, just like Ali went after the impossible Foreman. Maybe if PBF had taken a risk, he might have done the same as Ali. But, back to the original topic, why did PBF not take the risk? Someone is saying, maybe it might be his chin, something that you don't even know about, something that Floyd and his team only know about. I'm happy my favorite Sugar Shane Mosley doesn't act like PBF.
Again...you guys should read the entire thread...I've already explained my position...many times!! Just a theory because nothing else makes sense!!
DLH can not make 147 he IS A NATURAL 154 NOW WHEN IS THE LAST TIME HE MADE 147 2000? IDIOT. Arum said cotto was too green (need links?), Hatton turned the fight down after he beat ZOO(need links?). Zoo was injured majority of the time and was a showtime fighter.atsch Thats about the worst fighter to name because it couldnt have happended because floyd was on HBO and Zoo was on showtime. Harrisatsch Harris got KTFO on the same night PBF fought Gatti as a matter of fact it was on the undercard of floyd v gatti Its comedy that you mention Casa and Frietas. Freitas can crack but Casa?:rofl Barrios?:rofl Barrios thats a new one..you are the only to mention Barrios. I wonder why? Guess what Chico hits way harder than all of them not to metion chico beat 2 of those guys. One who he KTFO brutally.
Give me one other ATG in any weight class, that chooses carefully the fights they take like PBF does? And if you think he doesn't choose carefully, then their really is no used talking to PBF fans, about other legitimate discussions. They are in a different boxing planet. You know, PBF has no losses, yet every great from the 70s have just about at least 5 losses each. Why? They wanted to fight each other, no matter what! Glorifying your favorite fighter on forums is not what boxing is supposed to be about. Witnessing great fights and discussing them is what its all about.
a casa-mayweather fight a few years ago would have been pretty entertaining tho. it could have been a saddler/pep type deal or gone the other way but a fight like that would have defined a nailbiting chessmatch
Why does he need to KO an ATG at a weight he never fought? Mind you that ATG has never been Ko'd to the chin. Do you realise how stupid you sound? Difference between Ali and PBF is that ALI IS/WAS NATURAL AT HIS WEIGHT....PBF SHOULD NOT BE AT 147 AND SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER WENT TO 154 BECAUSE HE IS A NATURAL 140. Did Ray leonard try to KO Hagler? Did Roy try to KO Ruiz? Does the fact that they didnt KO their bigger opponent take away from their great achievement? The answer you give holds your credibility
