no, you're wrong about that, completely wrong. losing a fight in the sport of boxing when you're on the level of a manny pacquiao and on a streak like his, with the following that he has, against an opponent like margarito, who has a convincing ko loss to mosley, who was thoroughly outclassed by manny's boxing nemesis, has serious implications. obviously it's not on par with discovering the abominable snowman but it's a big deal nonetheless.

good point I thought about it, and it's great for margarito but thinking about it from the perspective of a successful businessman, who are all greedy as hell, it probably would still prove to be a loss in arum's eyes because of the megafight potential that mayweather pacquiao would have once had. probably, who knows? it's all hypothetical:good

you see!, statements like these whether they are true or not prove why this is a risky fight at the very least

It's all about styles and what happens on the night, anything can happen, one punch is all it takes to turn a fight around in this game.

I'm completely aware of that, i've been watching this game for a long time as you probably have. that doesn't take away from the fact that when superstar fighters lose against fighters they weren't supposed to, there are usually big reverberations (that may sound dramatic but remember, I'm talking about the boxing world, not the real one) throughout the boxing world, and all I was initially asking was what some of them might be.

You mean like Mayweather to Pacquiao like some sheeps like to put it. Except that in this one Pacquiao is confident, has the urge and isn't afraid to lose.

well if the fight is not fix ,anyone who knows boxing knows manny is taking a very big risk and also the fact tha manny went backwrds when he change the catch weight from 151 to 150 and he actualy try to make it at 149 shows that roach might have miscalculated this figth
