Threetime, do you agree it could be similar to Lewis-Bruno, but likely not going 7 rounds due to the extra aggression of Foreman?

I do think Foreman is somewhat similar to a young Lewis, smaller & slower of course, but still packing a monstrous punch.

You are right about his mentality but his chin wasn't granite.
If his chin was granite he wouldn't have had that problem.
Anyway, whatever way we choose to describe it, he couldn't take a punch too well.

    Good post. :good
I see it the same way.
I wouldn't burden Bruno with the expectation of even doing as well as Norton, to be honest. At least Norton played it cagey in round 1, I see Bruno presenting himself as a far easier target earlier. He might last into the 2nd round if Foreman doesn't come out bombing as accurately as he can in round 1.

And for people who seem to have forgot :

..... if Tyson had been in the same form and prepared like he was for Spinks, I doubt it would have lasted past 1 minute.

ahh i will get a lot of heat for this

BUT...i dont think this would be easy at for foreman

    you may ask why?

    here is why
a prime foreman was used to push smaller guys(something illegal that refs never did a thing about)
and often defending punches with outstreched arms before pushing the guy lol

now this may work against frazier(i know 10 times greater then bruno) but
but would this work against a big stong muscle bound guy like bruno

who had a good jab and punched very hard himself

bruno=tall=defending punches with outstreched arms might not work

bruno=strong and muscle bound weightlifter type=pushing him around like frazier might not work

bruno=if in england=ref might not let foreman do much pushing

Do not confuse muscularity with functional physical strength. Leroy Caldwell and Mike Weaver have both emphasized that their physiques were a genetic gift. Jumbo Cummings was a bodybuilder in prison, and one might have expected him to shove around Frazier with the ease Foreman did, but this wasn't the case at all. While the muscularity of Weaver, Norton and Caldwell was genetic, so too was the physical strength of Big George, who casually shoved around the self-admitted steroid user Tommy Morrison like a rag doll with a quick push of the forearms. (Foreman didn't take a backwards step against Holyfield either. Evander later shoved around Tyson the way Foreman did Morrison.)

i dont confuse muscularity and functional strength

that being said most of the time a muscular person is stronger
    then a non muscualar
    but again not always

Yeah i see it being a little shorter. 5 or 6 rounds.
I see Bruno giving George problems with his jab, and earning Foreman's respect by catching him with his right (BG is not hard to hit), maybe even rocking BG. I don't see Bruno getting blew out early or pushed around. Bruno could take a wallop, it's when he was low on stamina that taking the punches became a problem. I think he will expend energy quick with George though, and will get caught and hurt when starting to tire, then his old problems of freezing would kick back in. Foreman would then end the fight brutally.
