Was Petrified of a near Prime Golovkin...waited a while when he had got Adealide Byrd signed up and then took the Fight....smart move really after being schooled for at least 9 of the 12 rounds all he had to do was stay on His feet to get a decision or maybe a draw....thats why he fought on the backfoot for 12 Rounds...He certainly does not get the Courage award for that disgraceful effort.....by the way have you noticed to Poll your Golden Boy is at around %10 all the Great Judges on this Forum are well aware of what went on in that Fight nearly %90 must be embarrassing for you lot really.!!!!

Frampton, Lennox Lewis ,Lomachenko Jacobs and Crawford were absolutely not okay with the scorecards for Canelo vs Golovkin.

dude but you fail to understand one thing, that most trainers and most boxing professionals as well as most boxing enthusiasts had GGG wining the first fight and even the second fight.

When the judges are corrupt, no. When the entire boxing and sports media considers the decision corrupt, than it is corrupt. When the global boxing audience considers the decision corrupt, it is corrupt, the only people that will be okay with heinous decisions would be rival boxing gyms, tribalist BS, individual BS and moronic scoring from people who like flashy hard punches.

I was right, individual rivalry, Promoters, Rival boxing gyms, tribalist bias, and these fighters aren’t judges, they are like spectators, like the rest of the boxing community, their opinion is just as valid as the sports media that watches them, except the sporting media know how to score fights, they don’t.

Who are these sports media people you are referring too that know boxing better than. Boxers and Boxing legends like Mike Tyson, George Foremnan, and Roberto Duran?????

    You're reaching man, really are.

You're so biased. I can be totally unbiased an accept when one of the fighters I root for loses.

I bet you thought De La Hoya deserved the win against Mosley too.. right?

Hey idiota, being a boxer doesn’t mean you can score fights, judges aren’t famous boxers, just people that score fights, like the rest of the boxing media, and sports media, whom all thought Golovkin won. Its a tiny tiny percentage vs the 90 percent that think Golovkin won, this is damning and overwhelming, and will be spoken of in the history books, and there is NADA you can do about it.

This would be an interesting fight if it were to have ever happened as canelo has definitely improved as a fighter over the years and has probably just about hit his prime now whereas in the fights golovkin was past prime which made it a close set of fights. But if it was golovkin 3/4 years I’d pick him to win a clear cut 9/3 decision or used his jab and bodywork to grind canelo down and get him pulled out around the 9th round and this is coming from someone who rates canelo highly

That's not a more honest and accurate depiction of what happened. That's a dishonest, made up BS some GPB nuthugger pulled out of his ass. And same dishonest GBP nuthugger were probably telling us all how smart Oscar was to delay the fight and let it "marinate" when Canelo vacated his belt back in 2016.

Golovkin is on record saying he'll fight anyone between 154-168

Canelo is on record challenging Golovkin to a Non-title fight at 155 following the Khan fight.

Golovkin is on record backtracking and saying 160 or nothing.

    So where is the dishonesty?
