Don King kept Tyson well away from Tua and for good reason. Tua had a great chin and a good defence which meant he’d stick around long enough to land his own left hook and well. . .who knows? That in itself constituted enough risk to keep Tua away. Now factor in losing the marketability of Tyson’s aura of invincibility & intimidation which win or lose would have gone after a Tua fight. Could Tua knock out Tyson, well yes and it could have been emphatic! Bruno caught Tyson and had him in La La land dancing a new dance, now Big Frank could punch no doubt but Tua’s left hook was one of the heaviest ever seen and could have got the job done. History favours Tyson but there’s enough here to give Tua a strong chance

But I digress: to answer your question, Tyson dominates David Tua in route to a 12 round UD. This wouldn't be a slug fest the entire fight, it would end up turning into a mauling contest with Tyson landing the occasional flashy combination and Tua basically landing one at a time.
