Peak Year For These Fighters?

    I won't agree with you that McNeeley was "D list" but as you wish.

    As to these other men, your argument seems to be that they are not valid destructions because they were afraid of Tyson. Most of his opponents where afraid for him before he went to prison too. Nobody tries to write Tyson off as "totally washed up".

    He does look better pre than post prison, just as Ali looked lesser after his break and so on - but he was far from totally washed up.

    Tyson had plenty left.

    I agree. I seem to recall some very good reviews after the Bruno annihilation.

    He wasn't. But in hindsight Tyson fans like to think so, for obvious reasons. Tyson wasn't at the peak of his powers, but wasn't as far away from them as some people make out.

    Tyson was closer to his peak than he was closer to being "shot".
