I have had some pretty severe pec pain when fighting pressure guys where I end up throwing and trying to throw monster fast left hooks and had to take a couple weeks off. Arm felt like it didn't want to move across my body with any strength and hurt like hell. Good thing muscles heal fairly fast.

    Good luck man! Get better.

Why people never listen to medical advice from medical professionals I don't know. You only make injuries worse and lengthen recovery by trying to get back in to training too quickly. If you're injured take a few days or weeks off to recover. It's not that difficult.

If he was just resting like any nomal person should when they're injured he wouldn't be asking anything on a boxing forum, he'd be taking the advice an resting. My point was if you've been told you have xxxxx injury, rest, then you should do that. Why waste your time and the doctor's/nurse' time getting checked over if you're just going to come to an Internet forum and ask random names on a forum what you should do over the advice you got from a medical professional? Also, the "She told me this but I think it's this" I find it funny and sometimes idiotic.

He didn't ask for anything but to commisurate with others who had trained Boxing and ran into the same issue. Where in the hell did he ask for some "cheat" to get out of resting his body? "Hey I got X injury and can only run. It sucks."

Oh and medical professionals aren't wrong? She might have just gone with the first thing she felt was reasonable, his pec, when he felt the pain deeper or at his sternum, ribs. It is quite common that people have to be their own medical advocates.

You are a ***** and not even that bright. You are just thread poison.
