    Thing is there's loads of fighters that don't who would be top rated otherwise.

    I said all people involved in boxing. This includes referees, trainers, ringside physicians, 11 year old Andrew stepping into a boxing gym for the first time in his life, promoters, the guys setting the ring up, the guy selling hotdogs (laced with clenbutrenol) at the fights, the fans, the old lady who mops the floors at the gym. Everyone including you.

    All of those people should be obligated to give urine and blood samples every day that would be tested for alcahol, tobacco, narcotics and peds.

    Oh and someone should also make sure that everyone wanting to box should also be able to clearly and accurately recite the 10 commandments and a creed.
