It's gotten to the point where PEDs can now be used as a means of manipulation, pre or post fight.

Nonito for example, I believe is using Ped accusations because he either doesn't want to fight Rigo, is trying to unsettle him, setting up pre-emptive excuses in the unlikely event that he's beaten, or to deflect attention from his own relationship with Victor Conte. He's not made such a big deal over testing for any other fighter, and seems almost manic in his eagerness to post about it all over facebook and twitter.

If a fighter doesn't fancy a fight with a particular opponent, he can use PEDs as a legitimate excuse to duck the fight, without being called out for it, by the majority at least. It's too easy.

I recall Pascal screaming 'Take da test!' over and over like a moron at Bernard Hopkins during a press conference after he'd been embarrassed by the old man once already. It was a new low.

I also recall Andre Berto accusing Victor Ortiz on twitter after being beaten by him. The ****ing irony.

Freddie Roach was at it before Pacquiao/Marquez 4. After seeing how Marquez dealt with Manny in the 3rd fight and fearing another loss, he tosses out the PED excuse, just in case. Even the *******s on ESB were doing it. It's just too easy.

Fighters, trainers and their fans will continue to use it to manipulate it their image before and in the wake of big fights. Beware of this BS.

It's interesting to note, in 4 fights, no one in the Marquez camp has ever accused Pacquiao of anything, despite a run of remarkable, surprising victories and KO's in his career. Marquez gets the win and Pac's camp and fanbase are all over that **** like a dog with a bone.

    Doesn't that say it all?

The worst is when somebody from a particular camp makes accusations but they themselves dont want to go the route of legitamate PED testing.

    So which is it?

Floyd and Nonito has taken the same stance.

Are they manipulating negotiations or just cleaning up the sport?

You can't mention Nonito without Floyd because that woulds be double standard.

Nonito is mentioned because he's accusing while working with Victor Conte.

But Floyd could easily be hiding behind the tests with regards to Pacquiao as many fighters are now doing.

both are cleaning up the sport and need applause. Both need a lot of praise. Floyd for getting the whole drug testing started and sticking to his guns and Donaire for taking the testing a step further.

Accusing Heredia? Then you must accuse Conte.

    Anything else is hypocritical.

 You can mention Nonito, Pascal and Berto as examples of fighters using the PED issue as front to rattle the opposing side, but you choose to ignore Mayweather's 3-year long campaign of the same thing towards Pac? Don't get me wrong, Roach's suspicions of JMM is ironic/funny, but so is your anti-Pac agenda .

Can't you read? I said there are several reasons the PED excuse may be used, it doesn't have to mean they don't want to fight the opponent.

Some seriously dumb ass mother****ers around here.
