    Here's what happened:

On Thursday, the results of the Washington D.C. Boxing and Wrestling Commission tests were forwarded to the IBF, whose title was at stake, and the IBF then shared them with Gary Shaw, Holt's promoter, and Richard Schaefer of Golden Boy Promotions, Peterson's promoter.
When the test results were initially released, the IBF and the promoters were unsure which fighter had the questionable test because the fighters are identified only by a lab control number.

Later in the day, however, Shaw said the number assigned to Holt produced the bad test.

"It could be one of two things -- either he took something or it could be showing something else is wrong, like cancer," Shaw said. "They're going to do more testing on the sample. Kendall spoke to John [Beninati], my matchmaker, and told him he only took fish oil. Sounds like a fish story to me.

"I have the documents from the IBF, and I am aware that the atypical sample has the control number that was assigned to Kendall Holt and that he signed for."

According to Dan Rafael, the anonymous source that Lem Satterfield used when breaking this story has an ax to grind with Peterson. Peterson is clean this time, and did nothing wrong. It really doesn't matter anyway though.

Because he's Argentinian. Argentinians have a very small fan base in the US. Ask Maidana. ****, ask Martinez who's taken years and years to finally get the recognition he has. And even then that recognition nowhere near matches what he's worth.

    - Mayweather vs. Khan
    - Mayweather vs. Garcia
    - Mayweather vs. PEDerson

Those are all well-recognized, English-speaking fighters that are based in the US with already decent followings. They'll be very easy to promote.

    - Mayweather vs. Matthysse?

    Not so much.

Peterson is as unknown as Matthysse. He isn't "well-recognized." Argentinean is a pretty dumb excuse.

The guy is as tensed and flexed as he possibly can be.

This is not "how he looks".

Peterson is always in good shape. Perhaps, he was ALWAYS on PEDs, but the last fight was nothing out of the ordinary

PEDerson is an American with the whole of DC behind him. I guarantee you he's more well-known in the States than an almost obscure Argentinian who's only regarded highly by hardcore boxing fans.

Yes, DC. Not even a state. Barely a city. A f*cking district. You're argument is getting weaker and weaker.

 And you're not even making one, you ****ing mong. Every answer I give you, you just answer with more stupid questions.

Tickets sold for their last fight: Matthysse (1,137) and PEDerson (3,000+).

Yeah, Matthysse's just as recognised as PEDerson, isn't he. :nut

You seriously think the difference of 2000 tickets is the reason why GBP would rather keep Peterson around and not Matthysse? You are one dumb mutherf*cker

Right. Dumb all around. Thinking a dude who sells 3000 is "well-recognized"

And then thinking GBP wants Mattysse, a fighter they have, gone. Is that why they're putting him in against Peterson? Dumb ass :rofl

I'm just poking fun at the LM fans who swear by his scales being 10 pounds off in his last fight where he weighed 164:patsch:lol:

Matthysse needs to put pressure on GB and out right refuse a Pederson, bad enough I felt funny about Peterson being thrown in the tournament after he admitted his best he was roiding, for him to fail again shows me he's a cheat and doesnt give one **** about it because at the end of the day he'll know he'll be protected:verysad
