Pedroza v Ford Excellent Fight!

I been going through Pedroza's career lately and i see the Ford fight last week, out of all the championship fights i've seen of Pedroza. For me the Ford fight was his most impressive fight in his entire title reign IMO.

 

In a 5 month period, Ford fought both Sanchez and Pedroza. That's got to be grueling. He was pretty much finished after that...two losses to lesser opponents, then a brief comeback some years later.

 

Pedroza was one helluva fighter.

 

Virtuoso performance. One of the best boxing clinics I've seen and also Pedroza's best showing. Pedroza pretty much had it all and was a complete fighter. What a skilled operator he was.
I still believe that Pedroza on that night would have given Salvador Sanchez a lot of trouble and possibly beat him.

 

Yeah, Eusebio really showed out in that fight. Probably was trying to send a message to Salvador as well.

Pedroza tends to get sold short against Sanchez, imo. Definitely a fight that could go either way
