lopez hit gerry with everything including the kitchen sink.. he connected 50% of his power shots which was well over 400.. WTF are you talking about? i like gerry but time catches up to everyone and the fight with lopez had to have took some steam off him..

    viC by brutal punishment.

gerry is a very disciplined fighter. His two year break helped him. For all we know, VD maybe more shot that GP

GP is only three years older than VD

Is Penalosa still able to make 118 easily? He looked tiny in the JuanMa fight.

Penalosa is a tactical fighter that packs a punch, Vic's defense will be easy for Penalosa to penetrate, Vic on the other hand is relentless and might wear the old veteran down. Penalosa's chances here is to aim for the KO early in the round because taking it longer will work against him because of old age.

I hope it DOESN'T happen. Especially after so many head shots that he took from JuanMa.

It would add to both guys resume if they were to fight though..

It depends on which style Darchinyan uses. He needs to fight what works for him.

Penalosa even in his advanced age. People need to realize that Lopez simply overwhelmed the smaller Penalosa in their fight. I was very impressed with Juanma there even if he had the size advantage since an agressive fighter like that would have been countered severely by Penalosa.

And at times you could see some effective counters from the old man, but he simply did not have the firepower to earn Juanma's respect in that fight.

If Vic boxes the way he did against Agbeko against Penalosa, he will have a very difficult time to say the least. Vic would be the man moving up in this case and not Gerry.

Vic's fight against Gorres was joke. Vic should've won that one.
