I started a thread saying just this. To have won and won in the dominant fashion he did was the most impressive performance of hos career. He stopped a shooting star in its tracks and if he hadn't done it the way he did, make no mistake, the D-Train woulda rolled right over him. Great performance, great result, really convinced me.

Dubois is packing glass. Cruisers have had him on the canvas for goodness sake!!

Hype him all you want, but with that fragile mandible, he's not going to hold any belts for long. Expect him to take many canvas naps before all is said and done!

Hey Markus, didn’t I caveat this with Dubois might not be the same after getting smashed by a massive left hook by Usyk?

Hey Your Balls, did I say beating Dubois made him the GOAT? This is just a cherry on the top, and an under appreciated win.

Already prepping the excuses. He's 27, right in the middle of his physical prime. Dubois said he'll be back just like he came back after getting stopped by Joyce and receiving more physical damage in that fight

You'll see how overrated Dubois is when he starts fighting the rest of the contenders, and then the new prospects will finish him off. Imagine he loses to guys like Frank Sanchez, Parker, Opetaia, Torrez, Wardley, Huni, Okolie, Itauma or Ajagba, it would be hilarious stuff. It'll make aj look even worse lol

The rest of the contenders? He beat 3 top 5-10 heavies in Miller, Joshua and Hrgybear. After getting paychecks against Joshua and Usyk twice, idk if his hunger is going to be there. Fighting Usyk is humiliating and hurts the ego. A man way smaller and older is toying with men half his age and 30-100 pounds heavier. After the first Usyk loss I expected Dubois’s career to have gone downhill. But he strung together excellent wins only for Usyk to beat him worse and KO him viciously. Dubois gained the experience and entered his prime and Usyk grew older. Dubois definitely believed he had a chance. If Dubois is a shell of who he was pre Usyk 2, who can blame him?

No, you're making excuses before the inevitable. You know Dubois isn't going to last with the younger hungry lions

If Dubois goes on a good run, you'll say he's in his prime, and if he starts getting beat around, you'll claim he's past it. you've already got your excuses prepared. Miller is a fat slob with no head movement, and Hrgovic, and joshua are overrated. Dubois is destined to be a gatekeeper in the near future. He's just a worse version of Bruno and deep down you know it's the truth. Deep down you know Dubois is just a basic brawler with low iq and no heart.

No but he's clearly more talented than Dubois

Dubois is just another contender, nothing more, and once he finds resistance he's going to quit again. Basic brawler with no heart, destined to be a stepping stone

lol what has he done to show he’s more talented? Do you remember young Dubois smashing bums? How is this different than Itauma? Dude isn’t that big, so he doesn’t have that one punch eraser threat like Dubois did.

Anyone with a brain sees guys like Torrez and Itauma have more ability and dimensions to their game. Dubois is a basic puncher with a good jab. Even Wardley has more talent.

I better not hear excuses when Daniel gets passed around by the rest of the division. He's 27 and on the comeback trail

great fighters find a way, he's a fairly well schooled specimen but the mental fragility caps his level

Dubois would **** Torrez up. He's a smaller, weaker version of Dubois.

Torrez is better than Lerena. Dubois would go life and death with someone as tough as Vianello. I can't wait to bump this thread in the near future and everyone sees how overrated Dubois was

He took a punch around the side of the head against Lerana and went down and his leg did a bit of a funny dance against Lartey when hit around the same area so do with that what you will and he looked fine to me when knocking Lerana out so any medical evidence for this or just speculation?

Zhang was literally struggling to breathe and was gasping for air. Dan on the other hand as soon as he was counted out was strutting around the gaff just fine.
