True, but fury was back in control not long after and wilder was dead tired. Round 13 would have looked like round 10&11.
Wilder acts like he won but his body language was completely defeated at the end.
They did a good job rebuilding his confidence with breazale and Ortiz though, he will still have the belief that he can pull out a win last second which makes him dangerous until the end

If that was a 15 rounder wilder would have been done for after that knock down in the 12th. He looked totally dispirited and fury came back further stamping his authority on the fight as the boxer. But it wasn’t a 15 rounder, I know that. Lots of it’s and buts. But the reality is fury had control most of the fight and will likely do that again if he actually gets back in there with the same desire, but who knows where his mind will be...

Considering it gets mentioned often, and when talking about Wilder v Fury, round 12 is what is predominantly talked about, I don't think anyone has forgotten how Wilder v Fury ended.

Many people have claimed that the fight was great. Obviously, what has been forgotten due to round 12 being so memorable, is that the first 11 rounds were OK at best.

I agree with you that the boxer generally beats the puncher in a rematch. That is why I am tentatively favouring Fury in the rematch.

I can't agree with you on Wilder hitting Fury with his best shot. Fury seen the punch coming so he moved back and dipped. He also braced for impact. This took some of the sting out of the shot. That's why Fury got up from his KD, but Breazeale got KO'ed as he stood still and took the full force of the shot.

It takes mental strength to come back from suicidal depression. You're a scumbag for insinuating it is a weakness.

What about the left hook he took on the way down? The left haymaker he took right after getting up?

Always remember. This is the best heavyweight fight that can be made, after this then the winner needs to take out Joshua.

This is normally true, but wilder is a different animal completely. He has historically performed better in his rematches. Ortiz looked much better than in 2018. His conditioning was much better. He had a great game plan to beat Wilder and switched up his approach. Wilder still lit him up. Fury can definitely beat Wilder but don’t expect Wilder to be befuddled by Fury for 8 rounds like last time. The rematch will look quite a bit different.

He took them well, to be fair. But, Wilder is hardly known for his left hooks. His most dangerous and powerful punch, by far, is his straight right.

That's great, but there is no 13th round. You're forgetting, that was in the 12th round, of course Wilder was dead tired, now the real question is, what if Wilder drops him that hard in the first in the rematch when he still has a full gas tank?

Tyson fury will be in better shape but sadly I see him getting iced in the rematch. I hope I'm wrong, but I think he will eventually get caught with a bomb and not be able to get up by 10.

Wilders face was busted up after that fight. Probably one of the worst beatings he has taken.

I have to agree that people do forget that Fury finished the fight the stronger.

What also doesn't get noticed is after the kd, wilder threw and landed a massive swinging punch on Fury, which Fury took without showing any effect which was straight after the kd

A suicidal man is not to be played with. He might actually literally put his life on the line to kill you. Wilder should be scared.

It's weird how those who denigrate Fury do so by saying he doesn't punch hard etc. How embarrassing that someone who 'can't punch' keeps schooling so called monster punchers.

Wilder isn’t dropping Fury early, even Ortiz escaped it for 7 rounds.
