all i know, is that he got KO'd by arthur abraham and he outboxed Smichet who recently gave duddy quite a tough battle and banged up his face.

what're his strengths?/weaknesses? speed? power? chin? whats his style like?

    thanks.

He is a good technichal boxer. He is tall and he got a very good jab.Like to box from the outside.Good speed. Not known for his power but he can hit fairly decently.

His mistake against abraham is over confidence after the first two rounds and not taking a knee when getting hurt. Not saying he would beat him, but I think the blow out is misleading.

Demers vs. Pascal, Bute - who would win?

I have only seen him in the Abraham fight, but judging from that Bute would definetly stop him, and Pascal would beat him handily.

Thats why i said i have only seen the Abraham fight, if you had only seen that fight would you not draw the same conclusion?

Demers is a textbook type of fighter. While he doesn't have tremendous power or hand speed, he has very good boxing skills. His jab is his bread and butter as he sets up everything from it. He is developing very good uppercuts in both hands and improving on his defense. He was sent WAY too early against Abraham and it showed. If he keeps progressing i think he could win a belt.

By the way Pascal and Bute both beats him, probably by decision. They're more talented and way bigger than Demers who is a small MW. Well he is tall but not very big.

He has improved a lot. But I don't think he's going to win a belt though. The division is too strong and Bute is going to unify.
