I don't care if the boxer is white or black. This is just stupid and racist :patsch

If Golovokin was American in any color, white black latino asian, ESB would still be crashed from his fight yesterday. Most boxing fans think on the nationality basis first before race. Mayweather without any white support would not even have half the PPV buys as he does today.

People get carried away because its exciting to see a guy like this. I think the bottom line we all ask ourselves is this.....How excited are you to see this guy again? The answer for me is very. I can't wait to see his next fight. These are the kind of fighters I want to see on HBO, guys who come to fight.

Several things make him exciting. He's a great puncher, has control of the ring, and though looks awkward at times, he always seems to be in the right place. On the other hand he has some flaws and can be tagged, but from what I saw, he can correct that pretty quickly too, I saw him slip a lot of punches quickly after being caught just right before that with the same thing. He also has control of every punch, and he really hurt Proska badly to the body early and often. I felt those punches through the TV.

He's a very TV friendly fighter. So where as we don't know exactly how far he will go, my bet is all of us will be right there to see his next fight.

You're not in touch with reality and you don't even know what being racist is.

You guys must be nuts. I don't care what people say about Super G, he was robbed the first time against Kerry Hope, so to destroy Super G like that, is literlly insane.

    I agree with everything 100%

People are going crazy and overrating this guy. He's very good and probably number 2 at MW (Sergio stops him), but come on now. Coming into the fight I kept telling my friend Proska wasn't that good so triple G should win this easy. I bet 10000 vcash because of it

He is not overrated, nobody gave him a P4P spot off of this, nobody is giving him an instant title shot after this not yet anyways, yet your saying he being over rated, Bull**** he is being given the credit he deserves.

This kid has an amateur background as well here, kinda reminds me of Carl Froch in terms of his style, had pure power.

However just because fans give a fighter some mutha fuggin credit after a nice performance why is it, that people like you go out of your way to make up **** saying that we are over rating the man?

We dont make the ratings, the WBC,IBF,WBO,WBA and Ring make the ratings, we just give credit where its due and when its due big difference kid

Golovkin matches up really well with Mayweather. He is slightly taller, is a great technical boxer, throws accurate shots, has one punch power, goes to the head and body well. While Mayweather would have the speed advantage, he doesn't have the power to keep Golovkin off of him. He would have to be on his horse all night, and he doesn't seem to have the legs to stay on his toes all night anymore. Cotto just gave Mayweather all he wanted and then some. Golovkin is bigger than Cotto, takes a better punch, is a better technical boxer, and has more power. It is a very winnable fight for Golovkin.

What makes Martinez the real deal, and Golovkin not? I mean lets not be hypocritical. Barker, Dzinziruk, and Macklin aren't any better than Proska. Let's not act like Martinez has been going through a murderers row or something.

I like Golovkin's attitude. Being willing to fight guys in and around his weight class is a good thing. I would prefer him sticking to 154 and 160 pound opponents, but I like his guts. I look forward to him beating down his next opponent.

Not sure what you seen in Geale. He didn't show me anything against a Sturm who was a bit lethargic yesterday. Geale isn't better than Pirog, N'Jikam, or Quillen.

Typical of Eastern European fighters. Pirog beat a cancer riddled prospect Danny Jacobs and is a world beater. Abraham and Bute were monsteroud killers lol.

Happens the time. I just sit back with a bag of popcorn and watch the inevitable exposing.

Not sure who was saying Abraham was some monster. I remember when Howard Eastman took the Abraham fight on short notice, and had him on ***** street, en route to losing a controversial decision. To have a close fight with an out of shape Eastman that gassed by the latter third of the fight, told me all I needed to know about where Abraham was at.
