When translating orthodox southpaw you have to remember that the straight left is the southpaw is the orthodox jab. If an orthodox fighter is troubled by a solid orthodox jab he will also be troubled by a southpaw straight left.

Conversely a southpaw who has trouble with an orthodox straight right will also have trouble with a southpaw jab.

This is completely false as in the jab is a front hand punch. A fighter is less off balance when he throws it much faster, the jab is a pace setter. The fact you said this garbage lets me know how far apart we are.

I fight southpaw, but I am right handed.
