Slight changes in the fight could've given the fight to Klitschko. He could still very well win the rematch.

Many rounds in my ideal world would've been scored as 10-10 rounds. By how things are though; 10-2 or 11-1 to Fury.

When one fighter lands 7 punches and the other fighter lands 2 in a round, I guess you can call that close. I can't remember a championship fight where less punches were landed.

They were. One good straight right or left hook that would've buckled Fury's knees would've turned many rounds around for Klitschko.

Not close at all. I was in Dusseldorf and saw Klitschko winning 4 rounds maximum. Rewatched the fight on TV and Fury won 11 rounds.

So if Vlad had thrown more punches he would have won.

If Fury had pushed hard from round 10 onwards he could have even got the stoppage imo.

Tyson disarmed him, it wasn't close.

I agree, what I see happening is people being revisionist and making it seem as if Fury landed 500 hundred punches and dominated Wlad from start to finish in every aspect.

What mostly happened was one guy was throwing some punches whilst the other wasn't at all and was more concerned about getting hit than hitting his opponent.

There were so little in the rounds that like 3 punches landed by Fury was enough to win him the round.

That's exactly why the rounds weren't close. Add the fact that Fury almost completely controlled Wlad and made him do almost whatever he wanted him to do.

The rounds were close. Tyson quite clearly deserved the win but many of the rounds could've been turned around because so little was landed.

People are forgetting that not only did Vlad not lose fights, he rarely lost ROUNDS.

Tyson Fury mastered him. It wasn't a beat down but a masterful display of boxing.

There were rounds where Fury landed 8 punches and Wlad 6. The output by both guys was embarrassingly low. Why are people trying to act like Fury threw tons of punches and there were several knockdowns? Neither guy was willing to commit and Fury threw slightly more punches so he won. Fury only threw 15 more punches than Haye did when he fought Wlad. So, yes had Wlad been more active the fight would have been very close.

Wlad will retire if he knows whats good for him, he has no chance in a rematch
