A lot of fight pros saying it Inoue just signed to fight Tapales this december This content is protected
Maybe he is better than Pac, but he needs to prove it and right now he's nowhere near his level. He'd need to win titles at 135 to be even considered on that level. But I get the hype, he seems the full package and is unbeaten and from a technical perspective has a more aesthetically pleasing style than Pacquiao, but what looks good isn't always what is the more effective, which is why the eye test isn't enough.
Inoue eats Philly fighters for breakfast Nonito Fulton Tapales is up next on the menu Manny would get gobbled up by him too
Nobody thiks that. I like how people kept shifting the goalposts with Pacquiao. If he beats DLH at welter he would be considered some Duran like beast since he was already considered an atg. Then he destroys it and the narrative changes from Oscar cherypicking a blown up featherweight to him draining him. This content is protected Then same **** with hatton/Cotto and his whole welterweight campaign till age 40. Im very sure if Pac was an American from the ghetto of detroit or Chicago he would be threated like Jordan. But now people try to argue Inoue surpasses him. The guy is an atg but outside of being asian, which is probably the only reason for the comparison, is not close to Pacquiao. With all respect to the monster.
Some people are just high on the moment The only one's who said that I know of are Mike Tyson & Arum (his promoter) Inoue has to accomplish a lot more to be in that convo like becoming undisputed at 126, & 130 in just as dominant fashion, & may be even 135 (very unlikely). He is still only 30, we can have the convo where he belongs when he finishes his career
Yeah Inoue is a future HOFer but hes not on Pacquiao's level. I think its just a small minority of people of casuals and recency bias.
It's funny because the only guy who would be Eating all of them would be Pacquiao, get the big forks ready.
Lol. When's the last time Pac ko'd people with a liver shot ? Actually, i can't recall a single instance....
Oscar was drained and shot; why deny the obvious? His last welterweight fight before Pac was seven years prior and he had even gone as high as middleweight. There is no argument to be made against an obvious fact. Oscar gambled and thought he could handle the weight drop and then rehydrate. He couldn't. He showed up at a skeletal 145 for the weigh in, then only gained two pounds and was actually lighter than Pac in the ring. You can defend Pac without lying. It doesn't matter what anyone said before the fight. We can watch the fight and see that Oscar was no longer Oscar. That's not agenda, it's just reality.
Not even close Inoue hasn't even beaten a top 10 P4P fighter yet, and his best wins are vs an old Donaire. And Fulton who has one of the lowest KO percentages of any world champion. I like Inoue as a fighter but he has a long way to go before hes worthy enough to be debated alongside Manny Pacquiao.
