Would be hilarious if someone clocked you while you were reciting your "line".

Not condemning or condoning it, but I know many coaches who regularly give such advice. :conf

I had a fight the other week and simply said "listen mate, I'm a boxer, you don't want to do this" but he ended up starting so I sparked him. No need for the tough guy lines just keep calm, give a warning, fight if needed.

It's amusing to see a dude's facial expression change once he's figured out he has picked a fight with a trained fighter.:admin

Someone once picked a fight with me. I told him I'm a boxer and put in my mouthpiece and he ran away in horror.

Too right we have all seen it people getting braver especially when out with friends/girlfriends.

Prime example Darren Barker out with friends a couple of years back got the **** kicked out of him helping friends who were attacked was targeted with friends because he WAS a boxer.

Speak to any ex fighter they have mostly had the scenario of someone looking to either pick a fight or try to provoke.

Easy to say but walk away you have nothing to prove because two things then happen you could lose your liberty or your licence to box seriously not worth it.

OP how many pull ups can you do and how good is your footwork and head movement and timing because this is what separates good fighters from the rest. Also if your training is just exercising and hitting the heavy bag then your gonna get your ass beat.

So I'm not the only one who carries around a spare mouth guard? :!:

    Rash guard? Cup? Too much?
