I cant understand that rational thinking that Pacman faced Cotto past his best Margarito past his best etc...

Hasnt Pacman had 60 odd fights been Kod been in Wars with Marquez, Morales etc??????....how come he isnt past it /damaged goods???

surely 60 odd fights with countless hard sparring sessions take their toll, how come we dont offer Pacman the excuse???must be that A-Side Meth that hes on...as Roger Mayweather said

I think it due to the beatdowns each of those fighters endured prior to fighting pac.

so Pacman was Kod and involved in some very hard fights in his youth....so that rational would suggest if cotto waited a couple of years he would have been fresher???rofl

Because both Cotto and Margarito haven't looked as good as they have earlier in their careers and Pacquiao is arguably better than ever. Although I don't think Cotto was that damaged against Pac.

your not shot just because you lose a fight, was ray leonard shot when he lost to duran? was lennox shot when he lost to mccall or hopkins vs jones?
People are just hating, its sad.

What it boils downto is Pacman is fighting at his natural weight or close to he isnt dehydrated like every other fighter around those weight classes.....he is the only fighter Active who would have fought at Welter when Ray Hearns benitiez were fighting...

it amazes me people think Margarito had an advantage weighing 17 lbs more than PAc....thats a massive disadvantage.

Pac has also improved far from his feather days

    Good post.
I don't think their shots, but they are nowhere where they used to be prior to losing.

Hatton was never a great fighter. Some fighters deterioate more rapidly than others and with Hatton's lifestyle, it's no wonder

I do i agree that Hatton wasnt anywhere near being at his best in that fight and it was obvious that all had not gone to plan in camp. Pac would of still won if he had been 100% though. Defo hear you on Margo and Cotto though, it pisses me of these days when a fighter is all of a sudden shot after one or two defeats. Fighters have "off" days all the time in training and sometimes unfortunatly they just happen to have an "off" night on the actual night of the fight. I think the Margo that fought Pac woulda been a nightmare for most fighters that arent blessed with some of Pacs awesome attributes (footwork, handspeed, stamina and workrate capabilities).

It's sad but that's what happen after pacquaio beat them

Barrera was featherweight king and # 3 P4P at the time but after he loss, haters comes in with he's not the same excuses etc etc etc

Hatton was jr welterweight king @ the time and was undefeated at 140 but since pac dominated hatton like no others, he must be past prime:roll:

Cotto was supposed to knockout pacquaio but instead he got stopped by the pacman. All of a sudden he wasn't the same since margarito:roll:

when a fighter loses they are damaged goods to noobs.if he gets koed then they are really damaged.now cotto is damaged he has been in wars and margo almost killed him, you cant deny that at all.margo was destroyed by mosley
and since that was out of action for a year.hatton was on coke and is always in **** shape and had been koed before as well.now you take all that wich is fact not just how i feel, throw in a few catch weights here in there to drain mother****ers even more and you can see why people feel the way they feel.

manny has not had a tough fight since 135 against jmm. so is manny just way better then those guys, well yeah under those circumstances he is.but what does that also say about jmm then.he gives manny fits and the big boys come in slow, weakend and lethargic.

Hatton struggled with a limited southpaw in Emon Mcgee... he struglled with any fresh upto date fighter (urango, Collazzo) so what did you expect against an ATG????

it wouldnt have mattered which Hatton turns up hes straight ahead, hook and hold...he would have been done in 3 rounds no matter how he fought.

De La Hoya was another...he struggled with an aging Sweet Pea...it wouldnt have mattered which De La Hoya faced PAc.
