I knew some wanker would say this. No, I am a fan of boxing and that **** was boring. Go **** yourself and your moronic snobbishness.
Not crying or upset. You can bash Floyd all day if you like. I was just asking how people thought it was boring when it really was a lesson on boxing. **** you get taught in the gym as a youngster of how to do certain things he did it to a T last night. I am sorry but maybe you have never laced up and been in a gym before. My bad.
Can you explain to us why you thought it was boring. What did you want to see? Did you want to see Robert just laying on Floyd on the ropes like the Berto fight and them just slugging or what?
Love the threads where guys come in like start wars nerds competing over who is the bigger boxing fan. If someone didn't like the **** it just means they like a different type of fight, get over it. It's also funny how "true" boxing fans are such hypocrites. Start a thread about your top 10 favorite fights and you won't see a single one sided tactical clinic in the whole thread. The same guys claiming that Floyd is exciting will say their favorite fights are castillo vs corrales or something like that
You have very low standards or you havent watch much boxing. You want to see a real display of boxing between two world class operators(not between an elite guy and an handpicked opponent like we had last night). Check the fight bellow thats what a masterpiece is. [yt]SfIuyGiath0[/yt]
Judah vs Garcia was exciting. This was boring, mainly because Guerrero's style. It's not really a knock on Floyd to say this fight was boring. Floyd has had entertaining fights like Hatton or Victor Ortiz. it takes two to tango and this fight just didn't have that big fight feel. Floyd needs to be challenged by a guy who can impress the judges and fans against Floyd. that didn't happen here, and therefore it was boring. FMJ did fight a very skilled and intelligent fight as he usually does.
Oh so you are saying you had a problem with who Floyd fought which is why you thought it was boring? Is that what you are saying?
Everyone is different. Many said him beating Baldomir was boring though he beat him in every possible fashion. I'd rather Floyd fight defensive than be the offensive wiz he can be at times. Many forget he used to be a boxer/puncher but potshotted more after moving up from 140. Liking or disliking a few fights here and there doesn't affect ones intelligence but you have to admire the craft of Mayweather and others(Rigo,Hops) if you really consider yourself a boxing fan. Subtle things are what really helps which is why fighters can fight on for a long time. At the same time Guerrero sucks and I'd admire his heart the most out of that fight. Want classic Floyd then rewatch Castillo 2, Hernandez, Hatton, Mosley, Cotto, etc. This fight was far from a "masterpiece".
You're a white boy from Australia who lives in Vienna. What the **** you know about boxing. Stick to cricket homo.
