You say that it's ridiculous for people to claim that HW's of the past could compete against modern SHW's, whilst also laughing that modern day CW's could beat Wlad or Vitali.

I'm assuming that this upsets you because Ali was of a similar size to modern day CW's. Yet
Ali would always be an exception to those guys due to his unique skills and style.

Ali resorted to cheating against Cooper which is on record, confirmed by his own coach. Then we have the match fixing shenanigans which brought utter shame to the sport.

Wlad had Haye pressed up against the ropes and he couldn't even land anything big on him.

Wlad may not have respected Ali's power in the same way he respected Haye's, but he'd have respected everything else.

Back in the real world, Wlad would have found Ali extremely difficult to time, and he'd have probably have been broken mentally beforehand.

Ali vs. Frazier II. At the time The ref went to the Commissioner who was sitting ringside saying he wanted to start rightfully deducting points from Ali for excessive holding, and the commissioner said it was not allowed.. Completely out of bounds to do anything against him

Henry Cooper fight where Ali was out on his feet after beating the 10 count while recovering from a blistering shot from Cooper that put Ali on the deck. His glove then mysteriously suffers a gash and extra time in the round is allowed for a replacement glove to be found, thus allowing Ali extra time to recover and come back to rob a honest man of his rightful victory. Ali's coach later confirmed he sabotaged the gloves in interview

The Spinks I split decision (again even though Spinks won, he had dominated an old, uninspired Ali all the way). This should have undoubtedly been a UD for Spinks, without question.

The Sonny Listen fight, where Sonny took a blatant dive where it was so obvious, law enforcement had to get involved and investigate the integrity of the fight.

The man was a through and through crook who shamelessly had fights fixed on his behalf

 

Please explain how Ali (Clay) cheated against Cooper. Angelo Dundee NEVER said they cheated. Ali was goofing & showboating & got caught by Coopers notorious left hook
Enery's 'Ammer. Angelo's great cornerwork & quick thinking kept Ali in the fight.
For anyone to beat a prime Ali they first had to hit him I don't see any HW put there that could lay a punch in him. I heard Lennox Lewis asked " Do you think you could ever beat Ali " ? He answered " No & neither could any other heavyweight beat a prime Ali "
