McCall and Rahman were 231 and 238 pounds, nothing like 210 pound heavyweight Ali.

You just just completely lied about the size of Cunningham to fit your weak argument. Cunningham was 210 pounds, and Fury KO'ed him cold. Ali was almost KO'ed by feather fisted 183 pound Henry Cooper, so what chance would Ali have against a real super heavyweight of today, that is right none.

The boxers you named against Wlad were also 225-250 pound power punchers, which Ali was not there size just a small 210 pounds, and not a power puncher either.

This is the second failed reply you have posted. You should really pay attention and watch more boxing and you might be able to put up a slightly better argument. Good luck.

Muhammad Ali laid on the ropes and let Foreman wail away on him for rds on end. If you think he didn't get a full feel of Foreman's power then you are delusional bud.

Punching power doesn't dictate the outcome of a fight. You're a casual noob. Don't debate boxing unless you know what you are talking about. Obviously you don't because you think it's punching power that wins fights.

This level of ignorance is staggering.

The small weak HW's of the 70's?

    Ha!

Such as: Ali, Foreman, Frazier and Holmes etc?

    Have a day off.

    What a clueless comment.

Yeah, I'm sure they'd have had no chance against a guy like Wilder who looked like sh*t against B and C class guys.

As for Ali vs Joshua, what if Ali's elusiveness emptied his tank? He's carrying an awful lot of weight around. It would have to be early otherwise he'd have been in serious trouble. And to say that Ali would have had zero chance is just another way for you to inform us of your lack of knowledge.

What drugs have you been taking to make you think that all of today's guys are better?

Why don't you list the top 15 HW's of today and give yourself a much needed reality check.

Ali would be a great cruiserweight for today. He is far to small to pose any threat to any top quality super heavyweights though. They would outbox and KO him early.

He was great for his time, but people trying to pretend he would have any chance against the top guys today just sound like idiots.

H2H comparing ppl from the past to guys from these days is a mistake that all sports fans make..soccer, tennis, athletics, combat sports, u name it. The only real talk should be about each one's performance/dominance/breaking records in their own respective era. Everything else is fantasy.

You're really going to use Henry Cooper to try and strengthen your case?

It's you who needs to watch more boxing.

Start with Ray Mercer giving Lennox all he could handle.

Yes a feather fisted 183 pound guy almost stopping Ali is a pretty strong indication Ali would have no chance against the great modern heavyweights, so why not use it.

    Lewis beat Mercer.

Athletes get better over time it happens in all sports. Joshua vs Ali would just be a one sided beat down a lot of fans would not want to watch, because it would be so one sided, and Ali would get very badly hurt. Try and watch more boxing it will help you a lot.

Terrible example to bring up. Lewis struggled with Mercer and lost on many scorecards, mine included.

    You're talking absolute nonsense.

    It's embarrassing.

Yes, if they caught him, they could have taken him out. However, it certainly wouldn't have been a given, and no, they wouldn't have out boxed him.

The mere thought of envisaging a guy like Wilder out boxing Ali, actually makes me laugh out loud.

Of course he'd have had a chance you nut.

A man of 6'3 with a 78" reach was not a small man.

Along with his blazing speed, he would have been a handful for any HW.

The right blend of size and style can overcome even huge size disparities.

You are just being completely ignorant.

AJ would have had to cut off the ring and finish him fast.

Wlad would have tentatively pawed his jab out, without fully committing to it. He'd have had a nightmare trying to set himself.

Wilder is uncoordinated and at times crude and off balance.

Ali's footwork as well as his hand speed, skills, heart and toughness, would have given all of those guys something to think about.

I actually pity you if you can't see that.

Earnie hit me harder than any other fighter, including Mike Tyson. He hit me and I was face down on the canvas hearing saxophonist Jimmy Tillis. - Larry Holmes

Keep up with the argument. I did not bring it up, and Lewis won, so bad example for your side to bring up.
