He lost, big deal. Really disappointed with Froch and McCory. If we all took that philosophy boxing would be a a short lived boring sport. It would send out the wrong message to kids, make your money then get out of the game. Khan is a world class fighter & will come again to win a world title.

Yeah I agree, he definitely shouldn't retire, he just needs to start using his f-ckin head in the ring, Khan would be hard to beat if he uses his skills, not trying to go to war like Diego Corrales in every fight.

Herbie Hide isn't one to talk about chins. He had one of the worst chins in the history of boxing.

I really do not think it is a dig at Khan, I think a few people are getting concerned about his health.

Khan has tasted too many heavy shots or been on the deck against Limond, Gomez, Prescott, Maidana, Peterson and now Garcia... he is 25 and has had 29 fights.

it was the manner of the defeat, the Prescott KO was bad but he blasted him out quickly but Garcia handed Khan a 3 minute beating and it is a fair question to ask how much more has he got left in him...

I genuinely believe hes not safe in a boxing ring any longer, I guarentee, he'll be knocked out in his next fight, then what?

Not really thats two really bad KO losses hes had now. He could have been stopped after the first hook against Danny and then he continued to take huge shots for a good few minutes after that. Even when he looked like he had survived the storm he stupidly went of the offensive.

I dont want him to quit and i dont think he will be but i can totally understand people saying he should for the good of his health. Garcia has something like 15 KO's hasnt he?? he wastnt meant to be a big puncher.
Khan went down like he had been hit with a hammer.

Maidana had he almost gone in that fight, Prescott landed two big shots and he was wobbling all over. He just cant hold a big shot for whatever reason and if he keep having wars in sparring hes going to end up punch drunk.

Theres some good punchers in his divison. Ortiz, Berto, Matthyse

He needs a slow steady rebuilding process. I wouldnt mind him going british, european and then world again in say 4-5 fights and really work with someone on those defensive frailties

I hope Khan doesn't retire. He has a glass chin, but he is certainly has plenty of heart. You never see any Ortiz/Witter quitting from him. He has great hand speed. He talks plenty of shíte. All these make an exciting fighter. If Khan is worried about any neurological damage, he can get a MRI to see if anything abnormal.

wouldn't quite say that, he was taking on much bigger men who would have hugely succesful in this era.
