That too. I'm telling you, I can have a snack, mow the lawn, take a nap, and wack off to some porn in the time it takes Merchant to get thorugh one ****ing sentence.

He..........bores..........the......:dead.......****.........out..........:-((......:tired.......of.........me. And if he bores the crap out of me, I'm sure the casual fan gets put into a ****ing coma every time he speaks.

I like larry merchant ok, he aint as obnoxious as kellerman or atlas, but then again atlas is funny and informative sometimes

 

Merchant might be annoying but I really like him and loved his commentating last night, he did an awesome job and I hope to see him stay there.

I think it's fair to say Larry is pro Arreola. If you noticed, had puppy eyes for him towards the end of the show last night! I'm not saying it's a bad thing; he's just showing national pride in wanting to see a US heavyweight do well. Steve Bunce does the same thing on Setanta towards David Haye. I think it's a good thing. I'm glad there are heavyweights out there they can get behind respectively.

 

Merchant is a modern God.

 

People, including myself, hate on Merchant because he is always visibly intoxicated while commentating. His AA sponsors should really be doing something about that............

 

And many of us are at the stage of smelling intoxicated while he's commentating. The same five people keep bringing up this "point" ad nauseum, but it's just, well, pointless.
