Vazquez beat him on pints last night.... to me looking at this performance and the one before that Prescott didn't look the same almost 'Tommy Hearns' like fighter that knocked out Khan.... and could this news possibly affect Khan tonight?

I can't really see Khan losing to Prescott if they ever fought again to be honest.

He just rushed in and paid the price. Still asks questions about his ability to take a punch though.

khan needs to fight at range useing his speed and boxing skills with his hands up otherwise everytime he fights a banger he will be in trouble, not a hater but he is chinny

It wasn't a fluke from Prescott he timed it carefully and exploded on him. But from Khans perspective, not a bad matchup I would say, just a very bad technique going into the fight, standing in the middle trading shots, and an uppercut, very stupid punch to throw. It was obvious Khan needed schooling and that was the time to find out why.

Doesn't change any of my thoughts about Khan really, just that Vazquez did what Khan should have done.

I mean, Prescott had a split decision win in his fight before Khan (I think it was, or the one before that) so the line on him even at the time of the Khan fight was very well known. You outbox him, give him angles, frustrate him.

Not "Try running in and going toe-to-toe in the first round, Amir". Which is what he did, and he paid the price.

If Khan doesn't fight like a moron he can beat Prescott. Unfortunately now that'll carry a little less lustre if it happens.
