Why the **** are you people talking about WW2? Seriously, if your flag is blinding you so much, go somewhere and fight. There's plenty of people sitting behind desks who'd love to see you kill each other just to fulfill their grand design.

not through was, by selling us stuff because you didnt wasnt to fight, which then took us 50 years to pay back, while businesses such as GM, IBM and Ford still did business with Hitler.

Do you want a history lesson, friend? The U.S. kept Britain afloat for years with Lend Lease. There is no way you would have won the Battle of Britain without US planes. Also, we didn't have to fight the Nazis. So they declared war on us? They weren't bombing us. That was a European war and the US got involved because we knew you couldn't win without us. The UK lost about 30 thousand more soliders than the US. That was in a war that we were only in for 4 years. And yes, most of those soldiers died in Europe. Learn your history before you spout off at the mouth, friend.

I don't know where you found any nationalism in my post and I simply don't like Haye because he doesn't walk the talk, thats all. I just feel sorry for the country Haye represents, cuz ppl associate later such attitude with their other boxers and sportsmen. However, I agree with everything you've written here. Moreover, I must say that if Haye was in addition lazy fatass he would be complete opposite of what Adamek is ;]

    ...I'm not American.

Interesting.......when did the US start making Spitfires and Hurricanes? Maybe you need a history lesson. You got involved because japan bombed you....no other reason.

Why would we want to fight. You ridiculous Europeans had been fight for centuries. We helped you out in World War One...Then twenty years later you start another World War. Uhmmm....how exactly was that our problem. Really, you are an utter fool. Isolationism was a response to European stupidity, i.e., the fact that you couldn't stop killing each every few decades.

Christ please someone be smart and mature and stop the World War II nonsense. Let's get back to boxing. Heck let's get back to Klitschko hating if necessary. Certainly more to the topic than the wartime stories!

    For your edification, friend.

"A large portion of early aircraft production was exported. On March 25, 1940, U.S. industry was authorized to sell freely to friendly nations. During the spring of 1940, British and French orders totaled more planes than the U.S. government had authorized for its own military in all of 1939. Lend-Lease, from 1941, also increased the number of aircraft going abroad."

This is from an article entitled "The American Aerospace Industry During World War Two." You really should read it.

and what does that have to do with the battle of britain? the battle of britain was fought with spits and hurricaines. And since the BOB was in 1940 the whole 1941 part is mute.

Sorry, it seemed to be implied by what you posted. I surely hope that Haye doesn't represent Britain, because SO FAR he's conning the **** out of the people there that are too gullible to see that he's a fraud. Right now, I'd say he's doing a pretty poor job of representing himself. It's not too late, Haye, just do what you promised. Don't feel sorry for Britain, it's a great country. Feel sorry for the state of boxing when a fighter is too afraid to do his job and what's expected of him.
